There is however no such perfect floor on which to lay a new floor, this is a given in our industry so for everyday uneven boards or slightly damaged boards these problems along with skirt boards are made good again prior to installation. We use photographs to enable us to make a complete record of the entire works start to finish allowing you to have the confidence and record of the project in its entirety from start to finish.

Vacuum the floor this avoids any outside material such as mud be ground is to the wood itself causing scratching and discolouration.
Spilled liquids such as hot tea, coffee etc: should always be, wiped up immediately this will avoid the wood form warming, and any substance that finds its way through the joints is stopped from causing any damage.
